Needed a light to use at a tailgate but didn't want to purchase a lantern. This little light was perfect size and when paired with a delightful sangria, provided just the right amount of illumination. The perfect sangria light! In all seriousness, this light is versatile and will be used in my shop to illuminate project areas. Has a mount that is compatible with a tripod.

Giving a 4 since I just got the light but upon first impressions seems well built. The wing lights have a secure feeling when folding in and out. The brightness is more than sufficient for engine bay and under carriage lighting. It's lightweight and easy to reposition while on a creeper. And to those who say that the magnets aren't strong enough, I hav no idea why they said that. My unit held just fine

Super Bright and Works Great! Holds a good long charge for it being rechargeable. Plus you can plug it in an use it that way to. Light weight easy to carry and is magnetic with a very strong magnet in the stand. Durability is good to. Great gift for anyone who could use this. Definitely worth the price.

The new lights are great for illuminating two shipping containers that do not have access to electricity. The magnetic base is great. we can stick them anywhere in the container and point the light where we need it.

Awesome light that illuminates such a vast area. The magnetic base proved to be a godsend for working in small spaces.

Lightweight & very bright. Adjustable settings come in handy. I use it way more than I thought I would.

This is one of my favorite lamps ever. We are currently in construction and we can continue working all night if needed too. The brightness is there. The cable is extremely long so we can move around and the light panels move around so neatly. Highly recommended.

RECHARGABLE WORK LIGHT IS VERY BRIGHT AND MULTIPLE USES WITH THE MAGNETIC BASE.

They are ok for the price. After some testing the battery lasts about 1/2 of what's advertised and while i'm sure they are 8000 lumens technically, they are only a little brighter than my friends 1000 lumen craftsman. They throw a wider light which is likely why they don't appear much brighter at any given point. The biggest downfall is that when used with video cameras the refresh rate of the light drops after a minute of the light being on and causes a flashing appearance in the video. I've tested this with multiple lights and they consistently do it after ~1 minute of being turned on.

I do a lot of my own auto repairs in a cramped garage. These are great. As much light as you want, with decent battery life if not on full brightness. The light is diffuse enough to be very helpful. They can be aimed in lots of different directions. Even two directions at once from one unit.

It is a good investment for my work. very necessary for wiring panels, etc. It was very useful to me and I recommend it.

This light is an awesome addition for the shed. It is lightweight and portable. Very way to adjust the direction and will be getting used quite a bit as the days get shorter.

Such fun to light up the skate park at night for the kids. Very bright and I love the magnetic pieces to keep them in place. Thanks hokilite!

The light it provides is great, and it starts bright for a couple hours at full charge. The wide base feet make it a struggle to mount on anywhere that approaches tight spaces, and it doesn't support it's own weight without all the feet attached to something. It stows quite badly, and the side lights are attached with fragile plastic nl,, leading to mine breaking after 2 weeks of what I consider light use. I would not consider this for any kind of traveling use.

I needed this when working on my car so that I can lay it down or stand it up. It has two side lights that you can angle and it's really dark out. You will need shades, it's very bright. It also comes with a USB port to charge your phone or any device. In regards to the brightness, you also can dim, not a great deal but noticeable. It would have been nice to have a dimmer, just asking. The four-legged stand can be removed but you must be careful how you pry it off.

This light is BRIGHT. I love the different lighting options and the legs. You can mount it to a standard tripod with the 1/4 lug thread on the bottom as well.The wings fold up or out so you can have light from the front to the back. Recharges fairly quickly with included USB-C port. So far, one of my favorite work lights. I use it a few times a week as im a busy body and work third shift.

I was super skeptical about this item...bought it for the hubby for Christmas. It DID NOT disappoint!! Hubby loves it and it works great!! We will be buying more!!

The light is very bright I use it in the attic or crawlspace when I don't want to bother with cords and I know I wont be more than two or three hours. The single light is more than sufficient to light up a 10 x 10 area no problem however if the work area is more than that simply add the outside lights. I like the adjustable feet to get the right angle, I have had this light for a week and used it twice already, if you let it run down will take about three hours. Before I purchased I asked if this was a lithium battery and was told yes, in addition, I found a coupon online so the purchase was very reasonable. Nice light..

I had to give myself a little time to think about how to review this light so as to not completely trash it all at once.

The Bad:
Upon arrival the first think I noticed is there was barely any packaging. A very thin veil of bubble wrap accompanied the light along with the USB cord thrown in the box. After pulling it out I realized this thing weighs barely anything. Why? Mostly because it is made out of the cheapest toy plastic available. There is nothing sturdy about this unit. There is nothing about this light that warrants it being called a "work light"

To me work lights need to be functional not just in brightness, but in durability. I own many, and I am particularly fond of rechargeable ones. My immediate thought is this thing would not survive a month vibrating around in my van or on a job-site for weeks on end. It would be broken in no time. Everything about it is cheap and flimsy. There are zero rubber bumpers on any of the corners or housing to protect it from falls or workers who sometimes are not gentle about tools that are not theirs. The legs are extremely weak and I could see them snapping off easily. There are four quarter size magnets on the bottoms of the four feet.

These magnets work well if your placing the light on a flat bare metal surface, but when fixed vertically as is shown in the manufacturers listing photo the hinge is too weak to keep the light head in the desired position. It kept slowly falling down under it's own weight.
This light is way overpriced for how cheaply made it is. At $45 I could easily spend another $10 and purchase a much more robust, dependable work light that I could actually use with confidence on an actual jobsite.

It's not that bright, it's ok, but not great, even on the highest setting. There is no way this thing shines at 3000 lumens. I have headlamps in the same price range that are 500 lumens that are brighter then this fixed light.

The Good:
If you are a hobbyist looking for some extra light that you can easily move around to accommodate your home work space, this may be perfect for you. This light could be ideal for small emergencies like when a storm temporarily knocks out your power and you want to set a light up in the central area of your home, like a kitchen counter. Great for backyard camping with the kids. Grilling at night, roadside emergency light that comes out once in awhile.

I'm reviewing this light mostly from a professional tradesman's perspective since it is being advertised as a work light. To my friends in the trades who understand the importance of durability, this unit is not recommended. You will first laugh, then you will be angry you have to send it back.

If you are someone who does not work in the trades and does not care about some of the vital characteristics of a good quality work light that can handle months on a job site, or even regular use at home, then this light may very well be just what you need - but at a better price.

A powerful work light that is portable and can be charged for a while under load. It can also be quickly charged via the fast charging phone line. I have one that I just keep in my car for a rainy day and the other for general work use.
