14 Days Guarantee

Thank you for shopping at Hokolite Online purchases made through Hokolite are valid for exchange and return within 14 days from the delivery date. Submit a email request for return/exchange and we will try our best to meet your request. Please Contact Us immediately if you need help. All return/exchange items must be returned undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund. This 14-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods, you can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty.

Conditions that you can return

(1) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact!

(2) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Contact Hokolite Customer Service Team to request a return, please DO NOT send back to the address on the parcel which is not ours.
  2.  Get the return address
  3.  Return your item
  4. Send us your Tracking information
  5. We receive the items and check it
  6. Get a Refund

 

REFUND PROCESS:

  1. Contact Hokolite Customer Service Team to request a refund within 24 hours
  2.  Get a Refund
  3. Refunds,We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping fee

First, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Secondly, the transportation costs we actually paid are not refundable, and the transportation costs will be deducted from your refund. Special note: Please consult with us before deciding how to return the goods. We only accept return and refund and will never accept a refund by chargeback.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


24-hour refund

Before we ship any product, it undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our intention to provide only the highest quality items to our customers. After you made an order to us, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. From that point, you will notice if you need to make adjustments to your order. Please note that when you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanging (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request together with a photo or video of the product to: support@hokolite.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Conditions that you can't refund

(1) If you inform us after the order was shipped, you can't cancel the order or apply for a refund. You could return to products to us and get a refund.

(2) If you think the product you receive is defective or damaged, but refuse to take a photo or video to describe the problem, you can't apply for refund.

(3) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
