Got these to explore a cave with friends. The cave was very rocky so the wide angle of the lighting was perfect for navigating our footing. The battery life was better than expected. We had multiple back-ups for lighting but used these as our primary source. After 3 1/2 hours on the lower setting (which was perfect in the pitch black cave) all four lights were still over 70% power. They were lightweight, very comfortable to wear without slipping down the forehead like some heavier headlamps do. And the light was diffuse enough that we didn't blind each other as we looked around. Easy on/off controls. Perfect!!!!

I am very happy with this headlamp and so wanted to recommend to people who are considering to buy helmets with built-in bike lights or to modify their existing helmet. Based on my experience from both driver and rider perspective, light on helmet is an important feature for both visibility and to see where you look at. I was able to install it to a M size helmet (white) and kids helmet (black) as shown in picture. L size helmet may or may not work, or may need longer straps. I added double sided tapes under the lamps for stability and so far it has been holding fine.
Front light: Wide view makes it more visible and also helps seeing around. All 3 modes are useful. 1) Bright mode: I can bike in dark without needing an additional bike light, it is not ideal and I bike slower then, but it works significantly better than just visibility lights. 2) Lower mode - I use this when I just want to be visible or if I already have another bike light 3) Flashing - This is helpful when there is enough light in the environment but want to get cars/pedestrians attention more. I wish flashing frequency was a bit lower (ie too fast on/off) but that's ok. I try to avoid directly looking into people's eyes with this mode unless I am annoyed by a rude driver, then I look straight into their eyes, better than insulting :)
One minor downside is that I had to remove the visor from the white helmet for this to work. But something else can be adapted for that purpose...
Back light: Same modes. I only use the 3rd mode since that is most visible. It is much brighter than what my white helmet already has. So, I don't use the built-in one anymore.
I think both lights are brighter than even those expensive helmets with better built-in lights.
It has been 2 weeks I think. My son and I have been using it in cold weather. Battery seems to be holding well. It also has a battery level indicator (blue lights) on white helmet you can see as I m charging it. I like that cable USB-c. It is light weight. I dont really notice an extra weight.
Lastly, front and back lights can be controlled independently, but fed from the same battery. This gives flexibility in usage and better charge management if needed. Also, much easier to charge it (just like in the picture).

They were on my hard hat the whole time charged everyday the PROBLEM was the wire on both were pulled out of the headlight. I am hoping I get more time on my headlight which I could always count on 7 hours almost 8 on low if I turned it off when it was not needed. Great product for the price and would be great for not only my trade but bbq, camping, fishing, walking, hunting.

I like everything about these. The headband is adjustable for any size head. The brightness is like being in the daylight, and they are easy to turn on and off.I use these when I take my dog for a walk in the dark. I like that my hands are free to open the dog poop bags and that I can see the poop after she goes.

I work as a Merchant Mariner and I use this headlamp in the bilge where its very dark, dangerous, and messy. Its quite bright and holds a charge, I really like how it lights up my whole field of view instead of just a spotlight. Also the weight balance is nice because the battery is on the back of your head. The band can irritate my forehead but it is not that bad.I have used it more than 30 times for about 4 months now and its holding up well.

Great for mechanics or other technicians. It effectively illuminates whatever project your working on. Charge lasts about 3 hours. If you are in a dark room it will light up the entire room.

This is a very sleek, bright light. I got this because I hate having a clumpy light on my forehead that bumps into everything and sticks out of your head. It's light weight and perfect for wearing on your head for long periods of time.

Honestly, this is one of the best tools I have purchased in the last few years. We have other lights and other headlamps and all of us have found ourselves going back to these. The lighting array provides us with a wide spread of light, not a spike. Working on a vehicle chassis is a godsend. The battery life is great and the fact that it charges with a regular C-cable is great too.

I am a tow truck driver and every time I am on the highway the lives of tow truck drivers and highway patrolmen are in danger. These are super bright and brighter than many of the headlights on the market. The flashing mechanism is great. At night, drivers on the road can spot me from miles away, which is great. If you spend a lot of time in the dark, then you will love these headlights.

These headlamps are very bright and the output is very solid. They are of much better quality than I expected and it looks like they will last a long time. I use them to work in dark places that require two hands, so I don't want to light things up in the distance. They light up everything in front of me nicely within 5-10 feet. In the past, they did emit light, but not like spotlight headlamps. But that's not what these are for. They provide a lot of light around your face and they work really well!

I just received this 2 pk headlamps, very fast shipping!!. Their very bright and lightweight, and love the convenience of them being rechargeable so more buying batteries. I will actually put them to work this monday at work very early and we'll see how they act at full use. Will come back at update my review and give mor or less starts depending on how the working conditions end up. ??

This is one of the brightness head lamp i own.stays charged for a very long time.the field of vision at night is amazing.

I’ve tried about 20 headlights before. This one is the best and I won’t change any more.

This is awesome. I cook a lot outside, especially at night. So I got this to help me see better when cooking on my Blackstone griddle or Weber kettle.This make it great. I'm totally hands free with the light and I enjoy that a lot. Let's me do what I'm doing without needing to hold a flashlight.I can see this being very helpful for waking my dog at night. Especially the lights on the back. It's great for safety and making sure everyone sees you clearly.

Even on full, the lights lasted over 3 hours on the first charge right out of the box. Second use lasted over 5 hours of intermittent use. The adjustable strap tensioners could use a little more room to slack and tighten the band. The lamp could use a bigger cushioned cloth between it and your forehead, but it works well as is.

I use this on my hardhat for site visits and it is, by far, the brightest headlamp I have. My other headlamps cannot even compete with the lumens on this thing!
