Question: Can I charge this at 220 volts?

Answer: It charges via USB. It only comes with a micro USB cable, there's no AC adapter; it is up to you to provide it with the 5V. You can use a PC that's running on 220V to provide it, a cellphone charger running on 220V, or anything else that produces USB power.

Question: How far does reach?

Answer: Mine reaches about 2000 feet. My yard is over 1000 feet and it reaches at least twice the distance of my yard. And I mean useable light; this is extremely bright. I love mine, definitely worth getting. Having it for months works great, long life, charges fully, no problems whatsoever. 

Question: Is this handle adjustable?

Answer: Yes, the handle can rotate 90 degrees and the light has a foldable tripod, which works well.
