HOKOLITE 0065 - Warm White Easy Installation Battery Power Motion Sensor Light

We wanted motion-activated lights for our dimly lit stairs. We wanted a battery-powered or rechargeable solution, not hardwired. We didn't want to drill and cut holes in our walls. We wanted ready-to-go out of the box. And that's what we got.

Installation went smoothly. Nice warm light that adds a touch of safety and ambiance to our staircase. Since they're on our staircase, the lights activate well before we walk past them and click off after about 30 seconds. No complaints here!

So far, the three AAA batteries have lasted longer than a rechargeable light kit we bought elsewhere. Having to hook up to recharge every week was a hassle. We now keep a supply of AAA batteries on hand for TV remotes, etc., and now we'll have them for our stair lights.

Just received mine today installed on my stairs they are perfect love them I even installed one where I step down into my bedroom I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they last for years if I have a problem I will contact the seller

I order this for my stairway. It gets pretty dark since there are no windows. I places 2 on each side and it worked. It does need 3 AAA batteries not included. I love that it comes with a sticky sticker that way you can place it anywhere. Perfect love the price as well

I actually screwed these onto the stairs --- the gluey stickers would fall off going up and down the stairs. Now -- works fabulous!!!! All my friends are super impressed!!!!

I love these little lights as I'm always looking for good quality motion lights to place around the inside of my house. I keep one by the kitty litter box and on the stairs so I can see better at night. Only one thing I would change about these lights and that's the amount of time they stay on. Either way, it's a good product and the batteries are easy to change and the backing is easy to take off and put back on.

These lights are more than perfect. We placed ours going up the stairs so we can see better at night. The light isn��t too bright and the sensors are perfect. Install was easy. You can use screws or stick on s to place lights

No tools, no wires, no headache! Just stick them where you want and theyre ready to go. I put a few in my closet and under the kitchen cabinet. They come on exactly when I need them.

I installed these along my staircase and in the hallway theyre a total game changer! The motion sensor works flawlessly, and the warm light is just bright enough without being harsh. Now I can walk around at night without turning on the main lights. Highly recommend!

I put these on the stairs in our place...my kids tend to find their way into my bedroom several times a week and I wanted to make sure that no one lost their footing on the stairs. These came in handy. I just use rechargeable batteries and during the day, once every couple of weeks, I remove the batteries and put them on the recharge during the day and back in the units for the night.

I purchased these to light up a dark stair well. This is near bedrooms so they are enough to see without waking anyone. I purposefully wanted warm light and they are great! Very easy to install, beware the "stick on" is very sticky and will probably not come off without removing paint! Easy to do screw on as well. Needs 3 AAA batteries each.

The motion detection is the reason I bought this. It works great. As I walk close or open a closet, it turns on by itself. The light is bright and with the whole set I can put multiples at one place. No wire and no nails needed. The installation is easy. In some cases there is no installation at all.

I used some command strips to place these at intervals along my stairs to the second floor of my place, so that I didn't always have to reach for the actual light switch to be able to safely go up and down the stairs. They trip on pretty reliably. Sometimes the last one/first one seems to be recalcitrant in coming on if you move too fast, so I try not to move too fast if it is really dark. I've had em about 7 months now and so far haven't have to change the batts out yet. It is just me, and just a single medium sized dog, so take that judgement with a grain of salt if you have kids AND a partner all tripping the motion sensor. I put one in my garage (same reason), and it doesn't really do enough to make that one super effective as far as illumination goes, but it wasn't really designed for that so it is sufficient. Overall great product from my experience.

These are light weight and bright enough for my intended use, I wanted to set up lights on my indoor stairs. My set of 6 did not come with any adhesive tape so I used command strips and stuck them on the front face of my steps, the command strips have done the trick so far. It was easy enough to install the batteries, I just wish the back was completely flat so the command strip or tape had more surface to adhere to. I cannot speak of the longevity of these lights yet as they have only been installed for 2 weeks but so far the motion detection has been good and all 6 are working. I will update in the future.
